What is RSS?
RSS is a technology that allows you to see updates online via an RSS news reader or aggregator. RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication", and is a very convenient way to keep up to date with news and activity on your favourite websites.
How do I get RSS?
Subscribe to my XML news feed by placing the address below in your RSS news reader. If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above then just click 
on the orange RSS icon on the top toolbar (as shown here). Other Internet browser do indicate to you if a website has an RSS feed or not but these differ from browser to browser.
